Maria do Rosario Louro: Nobody hires a services company without seeing its website and reviewing its form of positioning. It is more important to have a website than to have brochures or flyers.
PR Interview: To finish up, how do you measure the PR activity ROI?
Maria do Rosario Louro: If someone takes a half-page news, ROI equals the list price of half a page of advertising in that vehicle. If you take a paragraph, it is equal to the price of advertising space in a paragraph.
